A Cozy Tiny Home From a Traditional Trailer

This Kirkwood Travel Trailer Tiny House on Wheels was sold in June by $26,500. It is built from a 2004 Fleetwood Prowler travel trailer.

It’s whole interior and exterior has been refinished, including windows, french doors, insulation, appliances, furniture, and more. It features same features as a normal home. If you wanted to build this tiny house and finish it yourself, it would cost you about $22,500.
